To my knowledge, Commission Blueprint, is a recurring monthly membership fee of $67 I believe. It used to be a one-time fee of $97 and was not a monthly membership site but instead a one-time fee and you get the product. They have since added a membership site and other things to it which is why they now charge a monthly fee.
